Not that this question matters but.... Do you think it is possible the buyer switched out a pair of worn-out shoes for the ones you sent? Did you check to see what other feedback the buyer left for others?

·1 year agoMy thoughts as well. Even if the sole material crumbled apart for whatever reason, the pictures the buyer posted in feedback are clearly worn out much more than just wearing them for the first time, unless they drag their feet everywhere.

·1 year agoHi @illinois95 . Since your feedback issue is resolved, I'll offer a tip on something else.
With shoes it's always a good idea to perform a flex test, even if the shoes are new in box.
Many companies skimp on materials and they will crumble with age, glue will come apart, etc.
Take the shoes and bend the soles in both directions to make sure they properly flex an don't crack or come apart. Do this before you list, and again before you ship.

·1 year ago@illinois95 You can leave a comment on your neg FB but you can't leave neg comments for buyers. If you do, it will get removed.
I suggest you comment something on the FB for FUTURE BUYERS that might read the FB. Something that will put their mind at ease buying from you.
