Need to refund money to buyer
Hello,
I had an order 03-11942-85567.
Unfortunately the order can't be fullfilled, because i can't send the item. It appeared to be damaged.
I can't send such item to client.
I want to cancel his order and to refund the money.
I can't find how to do it.

Locate order>
There on the left click on the 3 vertical dots (used to be a dropdown arrow)>
From the choices presented choose cancel order>
Then click the select reason dropdown arrow>
Choose Out of stock or damaged>
