Need help - Claimed shipping service and requested a return for item broken.
Firstly this buyer claimed about shipping. We write on the description saying that we ship by DHL but she was frustrated with it and she claimed that she cannot get the item for a while. She insists that shipping address is not correct. However, there was no mistake on the shipping address we entered, compared to her registered address.
I contacted DHL and DHL does not allow sellers to change address so I asked her to contact DHL and arrange the delivery. Then she got item but she finally requested a return for a reason item broken. Item was "not" broken at all, we tested before shipping. Never broken.
Should we accept her return and cover the shipping for the item which is not as it was used to be?
She did not like our shipping service and I feel it is like a harassment.
I need your help.

·3 years agoThe item may not have been broken when you initially shipped, but you have no way of knowing what happened to it in transit. Accept the return, issue a return shipping label. Inspect the item when you receive it, refund.
You are responsible for getting the item to your buyer in the condition you sold it.
Remember, if you allow eBay to take over the return you will be out both the money and the item, plus you’ll receive a defect for not handling your returns.
Sorry your having this issue but it’s all part of doing business.
