my Refund is not processing
good day, first time using Ebay
i bought and item but it was defect,
seller agreed to a return, i used the label provided by Ebay and returned the item within day.
seller received the item and confirm reception in chat.
but the Ebay return ticket is not updating, still doesnt see the item as returned
seller said he has -X payment on his ebay account
we both dont know what to do, am afraid there is a time limit
