If your the buyer, you have 30 days from the last delivery date to file an item not received case. Go to purchases and pull up the item. What does tracking say about it?

Why would anyone in this forum find your package? If you didn't receive your item by the last estimated delivery date shown to you in the order details open an item not received case through Money Back Guarantee.
Go into your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will either MORE ACTIONS.
Next click "I didn't receive it"
Your seller has 2 days to upload tracking to show delivery or refund, if by day 3 the seller doesn't respond. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
