monitor return
Hi folks, I have a dilemma. I'm 82 years old and just bought my 1st cell phone. I can turn it on and off, but little more. The problem is that I just received a curved monitor I purchased on eBay and found that it was dropped on its corner while in transit, breaking its screen. Obviously, I need to return it. However, eBay requires me to send them a photo of the damage, which I have no problem with. This is the dilemma, I haven't a clue how to do it. They say they aren't able to accept Kodaks anymore. I need a step-by-step process on how. Can anyone help?

·8 months agoOpen the camera app on your phone. Take a picture of the damaged item. Go to your web browser on your phone and go to the eBay website and login. Once signed in, go to your purchase history and find the item. There should be a drop down menu next to the order with an option to "Return this Item". Once you pick an option for the return, input the details of the damage, and then click the photo button to upload a photo. Go to your camera roll and find the pictures you had previously took and upload them. Then submit the claim.

No one really looks at photos...as it's mostly artificial intelligence these days.
Why are you buying online?
You need to buy from like a store...Apple Stores have free classes if you bought an Apple iPhone...or anything like a computer.
