Missing Shipping Label for Damaged Item Due to USPS
I had a damaged return. I got pictures of the item and packaging. I then ordered the return label and notes from eBay says it was sent before I chose to refunded the buyer the money.
No label was sent to them. I do not see a resend option. Help desk is a turnstile of nada. eBay lists the transaction as closed. All l can review are the messages with the buyer and original listing.
I emailed help from IT three days ago and nada. How do I find and resend the label?

·5 days agoSorry, if you already issued the refund, the case is closed and the buyer won't be able to get a shipping label.
No need to contact CS, there's nothing they will do.
If you want it returned and the buyer will ship it back, buy a shipping label off of Ebay and send it to the buyer.

There is no resend option, eBay closed the complaint after you refunded the buyer.
