Mark an item as sent after returning an item to be refunded
I posted the item back to the seller for a full refund. I went on Royal Mail website & entered the tracking number which says the item was delivered.
Ebay have e-mailed me to say I need to return the item by 20th (I opened a return request). How do I mark the item as sent in Ebay so that my refund can be processed?

·8 months agoDid you open the return request before or after you sent it back? Here in the US, you would have received a label to use and the tracking would have already been in the return case in most returns, or there would be a place to enter it in the return case.
