EBAY NO ME PROTEGIO COMO CONSUMIDOR , ES LA SEGUNDA VEZ QUE NO ME LLEGA EL ARTICULO Y ME LO COBRAN , DICIENDO QUE SI LLEGO EL PRODUCTO , POR LO QUE CREO QUE PROTEGE MAS AL DEFRAUDADOR QUE AL CONSUMIDOS , YO CREIA QUE ERA BUENA EMPRESA . DEJARE DE COMPRAR POR EBAU

·3 years agoTu vives en un pais donde el correo y la aduana son muy coruptos. Si no fueron ellos que le robaron su articulo, fue un vecino suyo. El paquete tenia tracking y dice que llego a su lugar y que alguien firmo por el paquete. No es culpa del vendedor que UD. esta rodiado de ladrones. Por eso fue que Ud. perdio su dinero.
Vaya a su correo a ver si el gerente (manager) puede investigar quien fue su cartero. Tal vez , ese cartero fue el que firmo. Si hay muchas reclamaciones contra ese cartero, tal vez lo hechen. Pero quien sabe si el gerente tambien es parte del grupo de ladrones. Si fue la aduana, bueno con ellos no se puede hacer nada porque ellos tienen el poder de hacerte la vida muy mal.
Lo siento. Como vendedor con otro nombre, Mexico fue el primer pais que yo bloquie (blocked) porque los paquetes no llegaban. Esto fue anos atras cuando no habia tracking y me canse de perder mi dinero. Ahora con tracking, es un poco mas seguro para los vendedores. Lo siento.
Briefly, I have told the buyer that tracking shows delivered and signed. I told him that most likely the item was signed for by someone in Customs or the post service. I have told him if it wasn't either of those , then it was a neighbor. I have told him that as long as tracking shows delivered and there is a signature too, the seller is not responsible. I have told him to go to the post office and speak with a manager and perhaps the manager can see who was the mail carrier that day and does he have other packages that was supposed to be delivered and were not. But I also told him that perhaps that manager is also part of the problem. etc.etc.
