When did you place the order?
What as the estimated delivery date?
Is there tracking?

OP5 months agoPlaced order last year on 3rd May the account I used got blocked and before that the parcel was already shipped but still never arrived efforts to contact agents have been hard the AI assistant keep me in circles futile to reach an agent

Be done.
Get over it.
NO CARRIER even keeps records of tracking that far back and definately NO REP at NO SITE will be able to help with a package that shows 'delivered' over a year ago.
Get yourself one of the original 'The Who' albums and listed to
'the song is over'.......

·9 months agoTo contact an agent you need to go to Chat Box and type in your issue then state "Agent Please." Then click "have us contact you." They will call you back. This is a peer to peer community where we give advice or answer questions. Agents aren't here. You need to find out due to being ban if you were even charged for the item.

If your account was closed, they may have cancelled your order and notified the seller not to ship,
If you had any sales or other events which could lead to refunds or money owed Ebay, your payment may have been held.
Use the Contact Us Link to contact Ebay via chat to determine the status of your order, Since you are outside of the US, they will not contact you by phone.
