Live Auction Closed Return before Wrong item arrived
When trying out Live Auctions I bid on a different item than the item I won. I could not cancel the sale so I requested a return of the item hoping they would not ship. I contacted the seller and they keep telling me to choose "return" on my order page BUT it says "Return Closed Jan 5". How could it be closed? How could it be closed before I received the item?

·9 months agoYes. Especially for the auctions where the description is “item on the screenâ€. I don’t let my mouse get anywhere near that bid button.
