@ links to members Printing labels is bogus
I am not having luck printing a return label, the link sends me to my eBay account, which states "Something Went Wrong" I cannot get a response from eBay. The email states the seller has approved the return.
I believe the seller is a scam of some sort. Your advice is welcome.

eBay generates return labels, not sellers, unless they buy the return label from a 3rd party (which is fine if they do). That does not sound like the case here. It sounds like you have run into an eBay glitch or browser issue. It isn't uncommon. Following @xadexane 's advice should work.

Most often I see this when an order was placed as a guest user, but you’re trying to access the return shipping label while logged into your account. The steps suggested by @xadexane are a perfect workaround for that.
