Item refunded without sellers knowledge
Hello everyone. A few days ago I requested (and was granted) a return by a seller. I was given a shipping label, which I was going to print out the next day (when I was near my printer). The next day I opened up both my ebay account and my email and found no label. It disappeared. In its place was a message that I was refunded the full purhcase price. It showed that eBay "expedited" the refund, whatever that means. I contacted the seller, who expressed no knowledge of this. The issue now becomes, with somehow getting a full refund, I still have the item. I want to send it back. My question is, is there a way to get a new label or do I just pay to ship it back myself? Any help from the community will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

·2 years agoThe seller could purchase a new label and send it to you as a .pdf via message or email. You are allowed to exchange email addresses as you were just in a transaction.

What I do is save PDF as JPG.
