Item purchased over 180 days ago that was never sent, no refund sent either. Am I SOL?

As title says, I was looking through my ebay account history recently and came across an item that I evidently paid for, but was never sent and then subsequently never followed up with the seller when it did not arrive.
I can't open a dispute with ebay because the window to return/file a claim for an item that never arrived has passed, but the order very clearly shows that it was paid, and then no tracking numbers were ever provided/no evidence that the item was ever shipped.
I went through my paypal transactions just to verify I was never refunded, and it looks like that was indeed the case. Paypal provides 180 days to open a dispute, which has now passed as well.
I messaged the seller, but if they just tell me to GFM, is there any recourse I have?

·2 years agoWhen you purchased the item, there was an estimated delivery date. You have 30 days (maximum) from that date to open a claim for non-receipt.
After that, it's too late.
May I ask why you waited so long?

·2 years agoIn short: no. Not unless you used a credit card with an unusually long window to file a dispute.
