In the listing where you bought that item, you saw an estimated delivery date. If that date has passed by at least one day, but less than 30 days, you are protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
First, find this item in your My Purchases. Click on "did not receive". That opens an item not received case with eBay.
Your seller then has 3 days to respond to your case. If, however, there is online viewable tracking showing it to be on its way, eBay may ask you to wait a few days. No response and no tracking evidence by day #4, then you return to your case and ask eBay to step in. You'll be refunded from the seller's funds.
If, however, tracking shows that you did receive it, please return here and we'll discuss your next steps.
In the meantime, how about reading the MBG? It offers very good protection to buyers if/when a transaction takes a wrong turn, but buyers have to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion, which is within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.
