Issue with return
Dear ebay
I returned the miss leading wahl clipper casetp and they didn't give me a full refund they took 50%plus the shipping cost that I paid
Ebay I will like you to step in soon and address this matter am a seller to but I never did this because I respect ebay quality I need a full refund and shipping cost refund to me

·3 years agoSounds like the seller was able to deduct fifty percent of your refund because the item was not returned in its original condition? And Ebay never refunds the return shipping fee after the fact. Once you paid for it, that was a done deal.
This is a member forum consisting of buyers and sellers.
As fellow eBay members we cannot step into anything for you. You need to ask eBay to step in from the return request you opened.
