Is there seller protection for shipping costs when a buyer selects the wrong reason for a return? | Returns

Customer support says there is for the return label if the buyer is reported (not guaranteed though), but not for refunding the original shipping cost. Suggestions on what to do, or am I just out of money because of a dishonest buyer?
