Is this for an item you're returning, or a return sent back to you as a seller? I don't know if you can find it as a buyer, but if it's for something returned to you, search by the order number on the All Transactions page and it should show it there (assuming it's been used and charged to your account). https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions
Clicking "View more details" at the bottom of the Order Details page seems to take you to the same place, as another route there.

@jonathanbrightlight / @gloryglorygifts I haven't had to pay for a return in several years ... but I know I was able to SEE the cost of the return somehow the last time I did. I realized that the cost using eBay's return label was about twice what I needed to pay ... so I purchased my own return label on PayPal.

I think in either case if you're the one paying for the label, you see it in the steps before you actually pay for it, so you can decide then. I know when we accept returns from customers, we can choose between two return options in most cases, and the prices for each are displayed before we make the choice. I can then back out and send them a label generated elsewhere if needed (we usually don't end up doing that because it would be a small amount saved for a not insignificant amount of time to create that label, but if it was more than a few dollars it might well be worth it).
It was for a buyer to return something to me. I was looking in the labels, though, and didn't think to look under the transactions. I wasn't given any options. The buyer opened a return and ebay automatically sent them the label.

I was talking about labels I was sent as a buyer to make a ‘buyer’s remorse’ return @jonathanbrightlight. I believe they were Priority Mail labels … and I was able to use First Class Mail to return the items at about half the cost.
What I can’t recall for sure is whether the price was on the label eBay provided OR whether I merely was able to figure out what the price was by knowing the weight of the package and the shipping method.

·10 months agoIt would be under your transaction history. It is usually charged after the label is used. You might not see it yet cause it might have not been used.
