International Shipping Label to Return Item Hermes (in German) NOT Accepted in USPS
I a currently have an open case with Ebay thanks to the scam that a seller sent me from China. The shipping label to return my item is in German (Hermes) and is NOT accepted by USPS. Anyone had issues with ebay going back and forth having to re-explain about the shipping label and their lack of acknowledging the shipping label should be USA based? OMG the ebay support team really is bad and they are not reading anything!!!

·1 month agoYou do need to contact eBay and use the phrase "you were not provided a usable label for a return". Try CS on Instagram. If it comes to it, this will be the same reason you use for a charge back if you need to file one. For most, if not all international returns, the seller needs to send you the funds to buy a label, let them know that as it will be cheaper on them than a payment source charge back

Did you do it from your Ebay order through Ebay or did you message the seller?
Messaging the seller is the wrong way. Ebay cannot help you unless you opened the return through Ebay.

·1 month agoThe first thing you have to know is that Ebay is not the carrier. They are the selling platform. Ebay customer service only goes by tracking number and if an item is delivered or not. You completely wasted your time calling customer service. They can't do anything.
