Hello,
I am currently in Brazil. The item was forwarded to me through a package forwarding service, so I am no longer in the United States.
I received the USPS return label, but I cannot use it because USPS only accepts it for shipments within the United States.
I would like to return the item as soon as possible and resolve this case, since I need my refund.
Could you please let me know what my options are? Is there an international return label that I can use from Brazil? Or is there another return process for international customers?
If I ship the item from Brazil using my local postal service or an international courier, will my return still be accepted? If so, what is the correct procedure?

·1 month ago · EditedYou need to pay to get the item back to the FF, then provide the freight forwarder the USPS label you received. Time is important, I believe you have to get tracking on that USPS label rather quickly, like within week
You will also have to pay for any of the international fees as well if they apply

·1 month ago · EditedYou would want to use a local ebay site for all of your purchases or cease using a freight forwarder going forward. The return policy is designed only for regional use or use of first carrier international service. It is not designed to accommodate those who freight forward - third party carrier international service - outside of standard first carrier international shipping services.
Two things: 1) Your use of a Freight Forwarder has disqualified your use of the ebay Money Back Guarantee.
2) If you intend to continue trying to return it - You will need to post it ASAP. The trigger for a successful return is an actual scan to the label provided. As others have said, you either A) ship to the Freight forwarder, whom would then have to use the label inside the US or B) Direct ship it back yourself. However - postage to the US is fully out of your pocket with no refund.
Not being international, I do not know your postal regulations as to if the US return label plus an international one can be accepted for service or not at the same time. You need to contact your service provider for an answer to that one locally.

Your return should be tracked and packed to survive the trip.
Request made within the required timeframe, and shipments received within the appropriate timeframe will be accepted.
