Insufficient address
What is the best policy when a package is returned from post office with insufficient address. This is my first return, and I am not quite sure what to do.

·2 years agoHey @norisshop . I'll generally verify what the problem is with the address to ensure it wasn't a PO error. Assuming it was buyer error, this is my standard advice for RTS (returned to sender) packages. Take the parts that are relevant to your situation.
You have a few options. You should decide which route you'll be taking and communicate with the buyer, but wait until the item is returned (and delivered) to you before you take any of the following actions.

OP2 years agoThank you for your reply wastingtime101. I went ahead and gave customer refund minus the shipping but did not know I could minus the Ebay fees. As a matter of fact I have not heard back from the customer and I message him/her three times, greatfully I did get my package back from USPS. Thanks again for this great information.
