& still there is practically no ink. Even though I purchased it at the end of March, I did not install it until

just last week. I am 90 years old, & have been in and out of the hospital for 2 hip operations.

The package said Genuine Canon ink cartridges, so I would like to be able to print something out.

I'm very sorry for your troubles and I pray you are healing well and recovering.

That said; eBay allows 30 days for a refund so we have passed that time.

If you used a site like Paypal, you can try there for a dispute or go straight to your credit card/bank and open a dispute there.

I'm sorry, there's just no way to extend the 30 day rule.
