Initiating a return.

I have been attempting a return through the normal eBay process. I select the item, describe the malfunction, attach a photo, and then click on "CONFIRM" but the form is not being submitted. I have tried numerous times and have been unable to reach eBay for help. (None of their prompts addresses this particular problem.) The seller has agreed to the return but specified that it must be requested from eBay in this manner. HELP, PLEASE!

It sounds like a glitch because even outside of the 30-day timeframe, you're able to request a NAD return. (Seller doesn't have to accept but the request goes through.)

I'd try again, maybe in a while or with a different browser.
