INAD Returns and Feedback
Weird kind of case here. I will try to make this understandable.
1. Buyer purchases 7 items from me
2. Opens 3 false I.N.A.D.S. They are false because they took photos as proof of defects that were already shown in the listing. So it was accurately described. ( important buyer never reached out through messages prior to returns).
3. I block buyer due to the false I.N.A.D.S.
4. Buyer leaves negative reviews on 2 of the 7 items that were not opened for a return. ( so no instant removal of feedback).
5. In review buyer states items are terrible and should have been trashed. As well as they could not reach out for solution for other items because I blocked them.
6. Buyer has been fully refunded even for items they did not open a return for.
I think blocking the buyer was a good move due to the false I.N.A.D.S. Even though it cut off communication, I was under the impression this buyer would just continue to open returns for refunds. Due to no communication before the first 3 returns. This buyer would be considered an abusive buyer do the false I.N.A.D.S according to eBay's policy. And in eBay's policy it states that an abusive buyers feedback will be removed. But the caveat is the items they left a negative feedback for, were not opened for a return but were still included in the same order as the returns. I have requested to remove these feedbacks through help and contact and was denied. So my question is, should these qualify for a removal? I will link eBay's policy regarding these below.

·2 years agoResponders on the Returns board have been telling people to save as and send pictures from the listing when filing SNAD and not having access to a camera.
I never understood this as I feel that would actually show the item as described on the listing.
But maybe that’s why you got those pics through the SNAD dispute.

·2 years agoI see your listing tells buyers to select "Didn't like it" for return reason.
I wouldn't do that because I know that means that buyer has to pay for shipping label and not you...

OP2 years agoNo. That would only be the case if I didn't have free returns. Since I have free returns I have to pay for the label for the item to be sent back to me. If you meant that I do not have to refund the buyers original shipping cost you would be correct. But it literally says in my description, select didn't like it and I will refund your original shipping cost. I do this to help prevent false item not as described returns because a lot of buyers will open and INAD return regardless of the reason because they know they can get a full refund including original shipping cost.
