Is there any use in trying to dispute this even though it is a completely ridiculous claim? The buyer is not claiming that it isn't the same item or that it is damaged, just that the pics show more detail than what they can see now that they have received it. I could see not as described for damaged items or for pictures that DONT show something, but for pics that are TOO good? The buyer is trying to say I magnified the pics to intentionally deceive people, which I did not. It's a piece of jewelry and I have the actual size measurements of the item in the listing. I have been selling on here for 20 years and honestly, just when you think you have seen it ALL> there is always something new. I did offer to take it back if they pay the return postage even though I don't take returns but they filed a INAD already.
