I purchased an item and the person has not even shipped it yet. I requested a refund and eBay is processing it right now. If the person decides to ship it and give me an update are they allowed to do that? I requested to cancel the item and for them to not ship it. I think that eBay is giving the seller some time to show that the item is moving. (You say there was a label printed automatically, so I assume you're checking tracking.)
