As the others have said, try contacting your bank/credit card.

For future purchases, re read the ebay money back guarantee (MBG) so you know how you are protected and when to utilize it.

If you have wore out the eBay chat reps, your only recourse may be to contact your payment source to see if they can help you.

Ebay cant help you because their MBG is only good for thirty days from delivery. If you paid with debit, or cc, try going to them for a chargeback.
