I returned the item with photo copy of a label that seller sent to me. Now I am lost!!

I need help. I received a completely wrong item. Seller apologized and sent me a photo copy of a return label via msg.

So I printed out the photo copy not knowing Ebay will give me the return label once I start the return process.

Anyhow, I already shipped the item with the photo copy label which was accepted by USPS and already delivered to the seller.

Now Ebay is asking me to complete the return process by ship back the item using their return label.

Is there anything I can do at this point?

Contact customer service. Tell them the seller sent you a prepaid return label through eBay messages and ask them to add the tracking number to your return.
