I received items I didn't order

I have received two Items to my address but to a name I don't recognize. They are from two different sellers but feel like the same item. How do I let the buyer or seller know that they have used the wrong address?

If they are low value items they could be part of the fake tracking number scam. A thief only have to send an item to the same zip code as the buyer to get tracking to say it was delivered. It's a popular scam as eBay dies not check the delivered to address only that is says delivered.
