I purchased an item as a guest. I received an email from the seller...

letting me know the wrong item may have been shipped. The item I received is the wrong item. When I hit the reply button it asks me to log in. I even set up a different email account hoping this would help the situation.

What are my options to get back to this seller?

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so you will need to sign out of your current eBay account before using the links in those guest purchase emails.
