I ordered 2 but only 1 came and it doesn't look like it's a new product. So I want to return the one that was delivered and get a refund. I left a message to the seller but I haven't heard back.

Click RETURN THIS ITEM to start a return request for DOES NOT MATCH DESCRIPTION OR PHOTOS.

But @ysbbeauty this is very important: Where the return request asks for quantity, be sure to show 2 of 2. If you indicate quantity 1 of 2, you will only get half a refund. Your seller is counting on you to make this mistake.

In the comments, you can say that you only got 1 of the 2 you bought, and even that is not new. Don't try to talk to the seller. Just go through the return request, return everything i.e. the 1 you received, and get your refund for the 2 you paid for.

Return as an item(s) not as described....as a claim.

No need to contact the seller anymore.

Hoping the seller lives in the USA and not China...expensive to return something to China these days.

Check seller eBay ID in feedback to see what country seller is from.
