·8 months agoWhat error message are you receiving? Are you past the 30 day time limit?

·8 months agoThere isn't one.
You find the order in your 'purchase history' and then start a return off to the right (blue circle).
If over 30 days, or a trading card (3 days) or an item 'for parts' (3 days) or an item listed in 'service' or some other areas you won't be able to open a return.
