I haven't received my order
I haven't received my order and I opened a case to return it . But I couldn't receive my order (Lucas transmission fix). That, I should take photos of the items and reship the item back. Which I haven't received the item... I also need a refund. Because I'm no longer in need the order item. Can someone help me?

·3 years agoAlthough eBay prevented you from starting a return request @hajj_30 you're beyond the 30 days for an item not received case too.
Instead, file an item not received dispute here at PayPal within 180 days, if that's how you paid. Do not talk to the seller if they contact you now e.g. asking you to close the case. Just wait 5 days for your automatic refund.
Otherwise, call your card issuer to file a GOODS NOT RECEIVED chargeback, to get your $90 back.

·3 years agoA return case means you want to return an item for a refund. You opened the wrong case. If you want your money returned you needed to open a not received case. Instead of you hitting the blue button that said Return this item you needed to click on More actions and in the drop down list selected the one that says you paid and haven't received the item.
