I cannot complete the return process after clicking the Continue button

While attempting to return an item on eBay, an error message appeared after clicking "Continue" in the "Return this item" menu. New page with "Something went Wrong" in the desktop and mobile version.

The return category was the correct one (Defective) , photos were uploaded and reason description was added.

Someone knows how to solve and complete the return process? Thanks

I have read that the description must be at least two lines of text with no special characters at all.

@eflowers1111 How long has this been going on? If this is something that just popped up this afternoon it sounds like it may be temporary glitch. I'd try again tonight or tomorrow.
