I can not insert the shipping details on a return.

I printed the label, sent it to the post office (Hermes) and paid for it, but the return process seems to be stuck in the moment i had to print the label.

How is it stuck in the moment you had to print the label? Didnâ€™t the post office scan it when you brought it there?
