I can not contact the seller.
I purchased an item from a seller to supply this item to our end customer about 4 years ago.
Currently, our end customer installed this item to their machine but it did not work and they has claimed us.
Even if we have already well known that the warranty period was expired, we would like to contact this seller to check some questions from our end customer.
We have tried to contact this seller by sending a message through ebay, he has never replied to our message. So, I have to report this issue to ebay management team or other relevant team.
Please contact me directly if ebay team confirms this posting.

For what it's worth, you shouldn't be the middle-man, either, unless you failed to tell your "end customer" that with eBay purchases, the MBG applies for 30 days from the item's receipt (not this late date), and that is weighing on you somehow.
If your "end customer" is a regular/repeat customer, you could foot the bill to make your "end customer" whole. Good luck.

You are many years too late to report any issues. Stop trying. The seller isn't obligated to answer messages or provide additional information or explanations.

·2 years agoIf it was 4 years ago, there's nothing to report.
Sellers are not required to respond to messages.

·2 years agoEbay will not contact you. And 4 years ago?! I honestly wouldn't respond to your message either. Any answer you are seeking can be found on the net or contact the manufacturer directly if they are still in business.

OP2 years agoBut this seller currently replied to my message when I sent him a message related to the warranty.
After that, I sent the new message about other critical issue and he has never replied to this message.
I have known that he has still sold his items in Ebay.

OP2 years agoOur customer does not want to return the defective item, they just would like to know some issues.
For your reference, the below message is my previous message that the seller has never replied about.
"Our customer informed that this item has already been discontinued in 2015, but the year of 2019 was specified on the label for box of this item you sold us like the attached picture. So, our customer doubts your item is counterfeit product."
"Can you let me know if you have any evidences that your motor is 100% Maker's original? If not, what do you think how to explain the reason why the year of 2019 was specified ?"

·2 years agoHow long has your customer had the item? And maybe ask the customer for a reference of the part being discontinued in 2015. Maybe they are mistaken.

·2 years agoYour customer could be mistaken about when the item was discontinued or perhaps it was brought back to the market at a later date, regardless both you and your customer are far too late to expect a seller to answer questions. If they know the answer they very well could choose to answer, but it looks like they don't want to and you'll have to accept that.
