I bought as a guest. returned the item an stiil no refund!
I apparently bought as a guest. The item I bought doesn't show in my purchases, but I got the return address from the seller and returned the item which the seller has RELISTED. I can't add the tracking number as it is not even an option when I use "check the return status". The seller is saying he doesn't want to get scammed even though he has the return. How do I get eBay involved? It's such an A.I. loop trying to get any real help. My time is running out. Help!

OP5 months agoI didn't initially because I couldn't figure out why it wasn't in my purchases. With the help of a fellow ebayer I found my confirmation email and started the return properly. The problem I have now is that I am stuck with not being able to insert my tracking number anywhere. It only asks me to choose my shipping method.

·5 months agoDid you choose the shipping method you used? Once you select that it opens a box for tracking.

Did you open a return through Ebay or just shipped it back to the seller?
If you didn't open a return, not much Ebay can do.
