Since you're in Argentina ... the easiest way to get your money back is to phone the number on the back of the credit card you used ... and request a chargeback.

OP3 years agoThank you for your answer, but I made this purchase through Paypal, there is no way to claim with eBay, supposedly it is safe, if a seller is unsubscribed they should return the money automatically

What method of payment did you use on PayPal? Contacting your credit card company is the easiest/quickest method to a refund ... but you can open an 'item not received' dispute with PayPal if you wish.
It is more difficult resolving a problem with eBay once the seller has been suspended. eBay doesn't know whether the seller shipped the item before they were suspended, which I think is the reason for eBay not returning your money automatically.
