I bought a defective Gianni Versace Baroque Fantasia Pattern Short Sleeved Shirt Silk 39 Vintage
Need Help! I bought a Gianni Versace shirt (used) as a gift for my husband for $1,150.00.
I received the shirt with defects, possibly incurred during shipping or from excessive wear, or both.
It has rips or tears, although they blend in with the fabric due to the design. Despite its beauty, the fabric is very thin. The seller does not accept returns. The shirt went thru the authentication Department which I believe they did not notice the damages. I already contacted Ebay and I had to appeal the case. What can I do to get my money back?

·2 years agoIf the shirt had defects that were not disclosed and not visible in the listing; you might try contacting PayPal if you paid with them. You might also try your credit card company if you used that as a payment method.
