I accidentally sent wrong items to 2 clients. Want to exchange items instead of refund them.
The clients are very understanding and have returned the items (I offer free returns). I sent replacements to them before I received the initial items back. Neither needs a refund, since they have received the proper items. What do I do about the "refund" notice on eBay? It seems inefficient to have to refund them, and then have them pay the same amount again immediately.

·2 years agoIf the buyers have received their items, they need to close the cases before Ebay refunds them.

OP2 years agoThey aren't asking for refunds. Does that mean the case just stays open?

·2 years agoNo, if the buyers don't close the cases, Ebay will refund the buyers,
Once the items are returned, the seller has two days to refund, or Ebay will.
