How to tell Ebay no refund required
Hi, I sold an item and then shipped the wrong one to the buyer. They sent it back (at my expense) and I sent the correct one. They have confirmed receipt, but Ebay is still asking me to issue a refund.
How do I turn that automatic request off without damaging the buyer's reputation? The "problems" link would make them look bad, and they were really nice.
