HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE
THE SELLER WANTS ME TO RETURN COFFEE BEANS THAT MAY GO RACID. HOWEVER, EBAY IS NOT ALLOWING THEM TO SEND A RETURN LABEL NOR TO RETURN MY MONEY. I ACTUALLY DON'T WANT A REFUND ONLY TO RETURN COFFEE BEANS IN EXCHANGE FOR NEW PRODUCT. I CANNOT CONECT WITH CHAT AND PHONE CALLS ARE USELESS AS THE OPERATOR SAYS CALLING AT 12:00 EST IS OUTSIDE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS.

·4 months agoThe phone number you called is not in service. To get ahold of a representative you must go through chatbox and ask for a call back however you don't need that. You must file a return case against the seller and have them provide a label. They can't just send you a label without you filing a case to get a refund through the moneyback guarantee. You can't exchange it either. If the seller just openly wants to send you another one and you and the seller have an agreement fine but I would just forget that and return. When they say "Ebay is not allowing them to refund you the money" that is false. They choose not to and delaying this case. File a case immediately.

If you're "calling ebay" using a phone number you found in a Google search, you aren't calling ebay. Ebay doesn't have a phone number to call them. You need to go to "Help & Contact" and go through the steps to have them call you.
As for the return, you need to open a return request through the order, have the seller accept the return and supply the return shipping label and if they want to do business with you again, ask them to relist the item and you can rebuy it.

You have to return for a refund and then repurchase.

OP4 months agoFunny thing is, when someone sent me fake coins previously, I did get a call from EBAY and they not only returned my money but banned the seller......who had actually threatened me! Maybe another contributor is right and that the seller doesn't actually want me to return product.
