How to return item at sellers expense?
How can I return item at sellers expense? The shoes I bought were at least a full size smaller than my regular size.
He has returns set up that the buyer pays shipping back. I feel like he should have mentioned the size difference in his auction so I could have sized up.

·2 years agoAs others have stated, if the size marked on the shoes is the size you ordered, and they don't fit, the return postage is on you. Ebay considers "doesn't fit" as a remorse return.

·2 years agoI've always thought that buying clothing & footwear online is tricky due to sizing issues. One brands small might be a bit larger than the other brands small. If your familiarized with the brand in particular, sure, but if not, is best to shop local in my opinion as you can test for yourself.

·2 years agoSellers list shoes that may not be their own and don't know if they run small or not.
Because of that you need to get toe to heel measurements and width in inches. If the seller hadn't provided that then you should ask before buying.
(I have a lot of shoes,,,,, shoes size 8, 8.5, 9 and 9.5 with various widths and they all are the same fit on my feet. Obviously the 8s run large and the 9.5s run small.)

·2 years agoShoes running small means they just don't fit and that's a situation where buyer pays return shipping (depending on seller's return policy).
So the question is: did you receive the size you ordered where the size printed on shoes matches size advertised in the listing? Or did the seller send an entirely different size (ex: you ordered an 8 and the seller shipped a 6)?
If the seller shipped the correct size then this is a fit issue and you are responsible for return ship costs. Trying to force a claim is equivalent to buyer abuse and eBay does track buyer abuse, taking action when necessary.
