Hello,I just purchased a wool vest on Ebay - It was listed as No Returns, so I messaged the seller to inquire about the overall condition - She was, to her credit, very helpful, and stated it was in "beautiful condition", no holes, stains, tears, etc.So, based on her feedback, I purchased it for $105 - the brand quality is worth it, I knew that much prior to purchase- - I just now received the vest, and there is a hole the size of my thumb on the right shoulder of the vest - What recourse do I have, if any, in getting a partial or full refund, and should I introduce the Ebay powers that be into the equation at this time? Very frustrating indeed!! Thanks!
