How to handle a purchase that is listed a No Returns, yet upon receipt, is damaged
Hello,
I just purchased a wool vest on Ebay - It was listed as No Returns, so I messaged the seller to inquire about the overall condition - She was, to her credit, very helpful, and stated it was in "beautiful condition", no holes, stains, tears, etc.
So, based on her feedback, I purchased it for $105 - the brand quality is worth it, I knew that much prior to purchase- - I just now received the vest, and there is a hole the size of my thumb on the right shoulder of the vest - What recourse do I have, if any, in getting a partial or full refund, and should I introduce the Ebay powers that be into the equation at this time? Very frustrating indeed!! Thanks!

·1 year agoNo refunds does not apply if it arrives damaged or does not match description.
Pull up the item under purchases and click return this item . Choose not as described.

No returns doesn't mean no refunds. When you file an an INAD case, as mtgraves advises, that trumps any seller's no return policy. If the seller is ignoring you, that's the way to handle this.

Were it me, I'd be opening a Return request citing 'Not as Described'. With wool, it could even be a moth hole... keep it closed inside a plastic bag until you return it. You don't want moths in your closets.
How do moths know to go for the best wools first, anyway? 😑
