How to get refund for item removed due to policy violation
I was misled into thinking I was getting a book instead of an ebook. When I went to request a refund, I saw that the item was removed because of a policy violation. What do I do? I did message the seller, but I can't request a refund yet. What can I do? I had made another post, but I don't think it was the right category.

·1 week agoYou request a refund when you can. Since ebooks may not be listed on Ebay as books, and any sales of them require Ebay approval, the request could be item not as described.
I would try to make sure it is too early, I have been able to open claims on NARUed sellers without delay.
