How to file a dispute appeal.
How do I contact an ebay human so I can file a dispute appeal. I do not understand how a buyer's financial institution has sole discretion whether to pay or not pay the seller in a dispute.

·7 months agoVery strange I got my first one today, buyer bought some patches 2 days ago and I shipped them, they still in transit....I got a dispute buyer saying they didn't recognize transaction....how do you forget in 2 days? Its not worth it just 10 bucks, I just paid it and blocked buyer and moving on.

Perhaps the person doing the disputing is not the person that did the purchasing.

·7 months agoYou don't. The notice that a payment dispute has been filed will have a link you can use to provide evidence, or if it's already been decided by the payment institution, you move on. They have the final say because of the current consumer protection laws. Nothing you do at this point will change it if they've made a decision.

OP7 months agoThank you for the information. I was confused because in the final decision email it stated that if I didn't agree with the outcome I could appeal the decision. And there was an Appeal Decision link I could click on. I guess there really is no protection for the seller. Thanks again.
