How to Do Return without Photo?

I need to return a Defective Item of Clothing sent However my Iphone is NOT importing photos. How can I do the return online?

If your iPhone is set to take HEIC images, try changing it to JPG. Sometimes eBay does not play well with HEIC photo format on iPhones @pleasa_20 .

I don't 'do' iPhone, but can you right click/save/upload a pic from the listing on those? I hope so and good luck.
