How return the money to the buyer
Item was returned by the buyer. I am trying to return the money to the buyer, but it is not working. Can ebay automatically deduct it from my account?

Go to your "Selling" page -- go to "Manage paid and shipped orders."
Find the item for which you wish to send a refund. To the right of the oval which reads "View order details" is a circle with three dots inside.
Click on that, and scroll down to "Send refund."
Click on that, and follow the instructions.
Make sure that you complete the ENTIRE refund process.
