How do I upload a photo for a refund? When I try it come out too big.

When your seller clicks on the little box, it will pop open to show your photo. Just go ahead and submit your return request.

It's been a long time since I uploaded a photo in a Return, but have you gone completely through the process? Sometimes the photo isn't fully shown in the box, but when you 'Confirm', it becomes large, if I remember correctly.
